• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and are allowed only within 15 days from
  the date of purchase.
• Return items require a RMA number. Contact PXP at 1.800.847.8577 to request a RMA number before
  the 15th day.
• Products must be in new and resalable condition.
• Products must be in original packaging with original packaging material.
• Include all accessories and documents (manuals, warranty and instructions) in their original packaging. Replacement cost will be deducted for missing items.
• Do not write on box. Returns will be refused if box is written on.
• Customer pays for shipping costs. Product must be shipped via Fed Ex, UPS, DHL or Airborne and be insured for purchase price. Returns sent via U.S. Mail will be refused and credit will not be issued.
